ACCOMMODATIONS
The WEF-Korea can arrange lodging for participants for the cost of 11.00 ~ 70.00 $USD per person a night depending on accommodation type and single/double room occupancy.
We have three types of accommodation available:
- Student accommodation style rooms at the venue (25 unit): One unit has two rooms and one bathroom between rooms. Each room has two or three bunk beds. There are two sinks, two toilets, and one shower booth in the bathroom. Two to four could share one unit. The daily rate is 20,000 won (about 22$USD) per one unit (for two) and 5,000 won (about 6$USD) for the additional person.
- Condominium style rooms at the venue (10 unit. about 44$USD per one unit): One unit has two bedrooms, a living room, a dining room, and a bath. There’s a double bed in a big room. The smaller one is Korean ondol style room. A bunk bed will be furnished if you want. The daily rate is 40,000 won (about 44$USD) per one unit (for two) and 5,000 won (about 6$USD) for the additional person.
- Hotel rooms near the venue (20 minute distance): Three star hotel newly remodeled. Shuttle bus will be available. Room types are:
- standard room(double, 13 ea) : one double bed, bath tub, 23㎡, 60$USD*
- standard room(twin, 23 ea): one double bed+one single bed, shower booth, 23㎡, 60$USD
- large room(1 ea) : two double bed, 26㎡, 77$USD for 4 persons
- suite room(2 ea) : one king size bed, 30㎡, 132$USD for 2 persons
(tax included, breakfast not included)

(For the stay in Seoul on the 28th, hotel-room-option available only. Daily rates are about 100$ USD or more.)
